BPT Real Estate developed 1,600 m2 of office space for Bang & Olufsen LLC.
BPT Real Estate who represents the building owner and the exclusive Danish audio-video manufacturer Bang & Olufsen Ltd. signed a strategic long-term lease of 1,600 m2 office space in Tallinn, Pärnu mnt. 139A.
In the opinion of Indrek Hääl, CEO of BPT Real Estate, it is definitely one of the substantial rental agreements. “Such big agreements are not very common at the Estonian commercial real estate market and it is important that the contractor is a well known international company,” he said.
Under the agreement BPT Real Estate developed modern office space with required special conditions to the lessee.
Tiina Seeman, the director of Bang & Olufsen subsidiary in Tallinn said that they have expanded their activities in Estonia over the last couple of years and were looking for more office space. With this agreement we have ensured a cutting-edge environment that meet our requirements”.

BPT Real Estate represented the owner of the building at all stages of lease negotiations and led the rebuilding of the premises. Indoor architectural project was designed by Arro Projekt OÜ and construction work was done by Gustaf Tallinn OÜ.
