Our experienced commercial real estate management team has recently taken over the management of portfolio composed of SEB bank buildings belonging to Laurus s.a.r.l., a joint venture of Northern Horizon and Partners Group. The portfolio includes the headquarters of SEB Eesti in Tallinn and 7 other branches in Estonia. With strategic management and restructuring of the portfolio, we aim to offer high quality property management service based on the needs of the investor and the users of the building

The portfolio includes several important regional banking buildings that need a tailored approach, both due to their historic background as well as changed needs. The biggest focus, however, is on SEB’s Estonian headquarters which, being one of the earliest modern high-rise buildings in Tornimäe, is already in need of modernization.

All properties in the portfolio are located in city or town centres and are easily accessible and visible. The most remarkable property in the portfolio are the SEB Eesti headquarters at Tornimäe 2 (Tallinn) and SEB Pärnu headquarters in the historic building in the centre of the summer capital. The Innovation Centre supporting local entrepreneurship that was opened on the 4th floor of SEB’s Estonian headquarters adds a breath of fresh air to the location.

The architecturally valuable building in Pärnu will be enriched further by the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia in 2018, when the city will develop Rüütli Square in front of the building and construct a central public transport terminal of Pärnu County.

In total, the portfolio includes 24,000 m2 of rental premises, and as the key tenant´s need for space has decreased in relation to the developments in the operations, we´ll be looking for new tenants throughout the whole portfolio.
